This morning I had the distinct privilege of conferring the 30° upon the authority and approval of the Supreme Council.This ceremony is conducted only in exceptional circumstances, and today it was my honour to confer this distinguished Degree upon E. & P. Bro. Keith Widden, Biggin Hill Chapter No. 936, who, through ill health, was unfortunately unable to attend the Supreme Council meeting in June to receive his preferment.Although the ceremony was conducted in Keith’s own home rather than at Duke Street, the solemnity, dignity and significance of the occasion remained exactly the same. It was a privilege to be entrusted with this responsibility and to ensure that Keith was able to receive his well-deserved preferment despite the health challenges that prevented him from attending Supreme Council.My sincere congratulations to Ill. Bro. Keith Widden on becoming the District of West Kent’s newest Grand Elected Knight Kadosh (30°). His smile at the conclusion of the ceremony said everything about what the day meant to him.Please join me in congratulating Keith on this well-deserved preferment and wishing him every happiness as he continues his journey within our wonderful Order. 👏🌹 ...
